Rudolf Steiner library

Supporting the Rudolf Steiner library in Amsterdam.

In the spring of 1946, Jan van der Linden took the initiative to establish the Rudolf Steiner Library in Amsterdam. Friends and acquaintances donated books by Rudolf Steiner and other anthroposophical authors, so that many people – especially in the difficult years after the war – could access this special literature.

Now in 2026, eighty years later, this place of inspiration and meeting still thrives thanks to members, volunteers, donors, and visitors.

Will you help make sure the library continues to exist for the next 80 years?
