May 20 Annual meeting and dinner

On May 20th we celebrated our annual meeting at Urtica de Vijfsprong in Vorden.  

On a field between forests and the biodynamic garden of Urtica de Vijfsprong, partners, friends, project initiators and donors gathered together for Iona’s annual meeting. Familiar and new faces started the day collectively, welcomed by music and nurished by lovingly prepared food. Throughout the day everyone could participate in multiple workshops and find each other for exchange and dialogue in between. We closed the day with a beautifully prepared Biodyner.

Six projects enthusiastically shared their work:

• Lecturer Erik Baars from Leiden University of Applied Sciences on the scientific integrative worldview
• Lotte Vismans from De Wilde Bijen Expeditie goes on an exploration journey with the bumblebee queen
• REST Artists Arnout Meijer and Saskia Noor van Imhoff with ‘Leg of the roof’
• Jeska Aasman from Grond – school voor leven on education and the connection with the earth
• Annette Polman from Stichting Waddenlicht
• Urtica de Vijfsprong with a tour of the grounds
