Inspiring education

This project deals with the direct encounter between teacher and child, between parent and teacher, between teacher and colleagues and school leader.

They opt for a radical bottom-up approach throughout the network in and around education. They approach not only Waldorf schools, but also regular schools. The project arose from working together with De Noorderkroon (Enschede), Rudolf Steiner Educare (Venlo), Oosterwoldschool Sofia (Almere) and Child Care Maminka (Havelt). Two secondary schools have considered participation. While working, they want to expand the circle of participating schools.

Activity

From watching and connecting, you can respond to misunderstood behavior with a positive action. Inspiring challenges are set up. Didactics follows naturally from pedagogy. The well-being of the students and the teacher increases. Students experience that they can make a meaningful contribution to the whole of the group and see that their learning results increase in many cases. Teachers, ib and school management experience that they make a meaningful contribution to the organization as a whole.

Assume that every child can make a meaningful contribution to the development of the lesson and also to the whole of the class. See video: https://youtu.be/-GMF0RD7bsw. Or that every teacher or parent can make a meaningful contribution to the development of the school as a whole.

Ideal

Connecting with the will, the drive of the other is inspiring and awakens the other. One can connect on the basis of empathizing with the other. Students, parents, school leaders and teachers are inquisitive, resourceful and creative and contribute to a challenging learning climate. They give meaning to learning together with and from each other.
