SWI Waldorf Pedagogy Aliance Croatia: Internship program for Waldorf teachers in Croatia

Who are they?

SWI is the Waldorf Pedagogy Aliance Croatia. In 2021 they started a regional Waldorf school training for teachers in Croatia and Southeast Europe. The aim is to provide internships and practical experience for these students. In this way, a boost will be given to Waldorf education in Croatia and Southeast Asia.

Aim

The countries surrounding SWI are in need of the development of innovative pedagogical initiatives and well-trained teachers. Internships and practical experience are important. This gives students an impression of the work that is ultimately required of them.
